About Blue Ocean Underwater Backgrounds
Blue Ocean Underwater Backgrounds earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to abstract, and straight answers are rarer in this design catalogue than you would think. It stands at 5.0 out of 5 across 3 reviews, and we read the low scores first when there are any. The designer behind it is Peppy Poppy Panda. We are not the first to notice: 308 makers saved it on before we did, and that number is the closest thing to a verdict the platform gives.
If you want one use for it, take adorable: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. Check which formats are included. An SVG and a PNG are not interchangeable once the cutter is switched on. The score is good enough that the risk is small. We would still look at the preview full size and read the licence tab before using it for anything we sell.

How to use this design
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder — most sets come as PNG plus SVG.
- Print or press from the PNG at 300 dpi; keep the SVG for anything you plan to cut or resize past the printed size.
- Check the transparent background before you press: a white box around the art only shows up on the shirt.
- Read the licence if you intend to sell the finished item — print-on-demand use is granted separately from personal use.
