About Royal Blue Shiny Glitter Digital Paper
We put Royal Blue Shiny Glitter Digital Paper on the Craft Graphics shelf because background is the kind of thing people come here looking for, and this one answers it without a detour. With 27 saves it has barely been seen, and that is neither a good nor a bad sign on a catalogue this size. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. The designer behind it is Rizu Designs.
Put it to work on craft projects first. If it survives that, it will survive whatever you had in mind next. Before cutting or pressing, open the file at full size: craft graphics with thin strokes look fine on screen and tear on the mat. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether background was the description or the aspiration.

How to use this design
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder — most sets come as PNG plus SVG.
- Print or press from the PNG at 300 dpi; keep the SVG for anything you plan to cut or resize past the printed size.
- Check the transparent background before you press: a white box around the art only shows up on the shirt.
- Read the licence if you intend to sell the finished item — print-on-demand use is granted separately from personal use.
