About Digital Hyperlinked Pet Health Record
Most of what turns up under animal passport needs work before it is usable. Digital Hyperlinked Pet Health Record is the version that does not. It comes from DPaperUniverse. It sits at 61 saves — too few to call it popular, which is exactly why it is worth a look before everyone else finds it. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence.
Look for a shot on a dark garment as well as a light one. Half the designs that look good in a mockup were only ever tested on white. If you want one use for it, take animals: that is the direction the designer clearly had in mind, and it is the one we would follow. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.

How to use this design
- Download the files from Creative Fabrica and unzip them into one folder — most sets come as PNG plus SVG.
- Print or press from the PNG at 300 dpi; keep the SVG for anything you plan to cut or resize past the printed size.
- Check the transparent background before you press: a white box around the art only shows up on the shirt.
- Read the licence if you intend to sell the finished item — print-on-demand use is granted separately from personal use.
